Objectives
of our Breeders:
-
The objective of Waterfowl South Africa and
its many devoted breeders of exotic Swans, Geese and Ducks are to encourage the
culture and propagation of all species of Waterfowl available in South
Africa, and to perpetuate, to the best of our ability, those species in their
purest and most perfect form; to collect and distribute scientific data and
information relating to the keeping and rearing of waterfowl by the Internet and the
S. A. Waterfowl Bulletin.
|
How
we will achieve our goals
-
To
identify and meet other waterfowl breeders in South Africa and
to establish and maintain a nationwide band of friendship
between them.
-
To
introduce waterfowl breeders of South Africa to other breeders
world wide.
-
To
introduce the keeping and rearing of waterfowl to as many
people in South Africa as possible.
-
To
help newcomers to obtain the necessary information about
existing breeders and where to find them and locations of
surplus stock.
-
To help our
breeders, and especially new breeders, to learn how to care for and
rear young waterfowl.
-
To
refer to authoritative books and publications.
-
To
correspond with similar international groups or people
with the same ideals.
-
To
exchange knowledge between breeders.
-
To
breed unrelated stock by exchanging stock
birds.
